Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777xcx ("777xcx", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 777xcx online gaming platform accessible at https://777xcx.net, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment processing functions, and customer support channels.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 777xcx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Access to the 777xcx platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or agent of 777xcx or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or related entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or regulatory, that prohibits you from accessing online gaming services.

777xcx reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player aged 21 or older will be suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed. Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 777xcx platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and termination of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Any material change to your personal details — including change of address, contact number, or banking information — must be promptly updated via your account settings or by contacting 777xcx support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. 777xcx will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777xcx immediately at [email protected].

4. Deposits and Payments

777xcx accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All funds deposited into your 777xcx account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. 777xcx processes deposits in PKR with no additional currency conversion charges applied by the platform. Any charges applied by your payment provider or bank are outside the control of 777xcx and are your responsibility.

Deposited funds are held in accounts segregated from 777xcx operational capital. This means your PKR balance is protected and available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms and any applicable bonus terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested at any time via the 777xcx account dashboard. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. In cases where the original payment method cannot be used, 777xcx may request an alternative verified payment method registered in the same name as the account holder.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is approved and processed. 777xcx will communicate any documentation requirements promptly and will endeavour to process verified withdrawals within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment FAQ.

Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion's terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits that have not been used in any qualifying game play may generally be withdrawn at any time, minus any applicable processing fees where stated.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

777xcx offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or coordinated activity with other players — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

777xcx reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is modified or cancelled after a player has already met the activation conditions, 777xcx will honour the terms that applied at the time of activation to the extent reasonably practicable.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 777xcx platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform. General betting rules applicable across all markets include the following:

• Bets once confirmed are binding and cannot be amended or cancelled except where 777xcx expressly provides a cash-out or edit bet facility for the relevant market.
• In the event of a technical error, systems failure, or manifest pricing error that results in incorrect odds being offered, 777xcx reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account.
• For cricket markets, including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20I matches, the specific cricket betting rules — covering rain interruptions, abandonment, player replacements, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern calculations — are available within the cricket section of the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 777xcx reserves the right to impose individual account-level bet limits where it deems this appropriate.
• All outcomes are determined by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, the decision of 777xcx's trading department is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure outlined below.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xcx platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one 777xcx account, whether individually or in conjunction with other persons.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Employing any software, robot, spider, scraper, or other automated tools to access, monitor, or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software or security feature of the 777xcx platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transaction claims in bad faith.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777xcx platform — including but not limited to the 777xcx brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of 777xcx or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works based on any platform content without the prior written consent of 777xcx.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xcx, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

777xcx does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777xcx makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the platform or its content.

In all cases, 777xcx's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

777xcx collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside this Agreement.

13. Suspension and Termination

• Fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct by the account holder.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.

Upon closure of an account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any amounts subject to investigation or withheld for compliance reasons) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure are not eligible for withdrawal.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of 777xcx's international gaming licence.
